Nurse Residency Program

The Nurse Residency Program is a hospital residency where you are given the opportunity to advance your career at select acute care facilities. The duration of the program can vary from 12 to 18 months, depending on our arrangement with the hospital.

Cross Country TravCorps has partnered with hospitals that have a need for additional RN staff, and have shown a strong commitment to the continuing education of their own nursing staff.
