Writing
An Effective Resume
A
professionally prepared resume is an excellent marketing
tool. It guides the interviewer through your background
in a logical manner and highlights your qualifications.
The focus should be on major results, contributions
and achievements.
Before
sitting down, evaluate your qualifications and objectives.
Consider your short- and long-term goals, ideal practice
environment, and preferred geographic locations. Try
to identify institutions that match your value system
and provide the patient populations you desire.

easy to read. Check carefully for punctuation and spelling
errors. Once completed, have the resume professionally
printed on highquality paper.
